Re-branding for Australian market

After stemming from a UK clothing label, HEWIE specialises in unisex, urban, sportswear and is currently re-branding for the Australian market, with a stronger focus on ‘metro’ swimwear.

This debut Australian collection is fashion lead sports and leisurewear, blurring the lines between men’s, women’s and unisex.

With contemporary cuts and collaborations with print designers in the relaxed alternate lifestyle capital of Australia, Byron Bay, HEWIE is a full collection of bold, pop-art shirts, hooded dresses, and swim and cycling shorts. From French Terry to Lycra, and Leather to Rayon Crepe, the feel is fresh, stretch, shiny and camp.

Although the cuts are casual, the quality is that of a tailored suit with considered detailing, linings and trims. HEWIE are creating exclusive prints at entry level price points on pieces for cautious new customers and eventually hoping to penetrate the retail market across Australia.

Slowly but surely, as a part of the re-branding process, HEWIE are developing their online store where the public have purchasing rights to these fabulous products.
