The brand, which has been worn by stars such as Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian (pictured) is known for its demi-couture status, European influences and innovative approach to design. It is now represented in some 200 stores across Australia, as well as specialty stores in New Zealand, Israel, Dubai and the US, where Memsahib owner and principle designer Katerina Miaoulis now has a base, after wowing Kentucky Derby goers with a pill box hat famously worn by the wife of jockey Calvin Borel.
With early 2010 marking the launch of Memsahib’s diffusion line – Lady Muck, in response to demand for a quality product with a budget price tag, the upcoming Sydney Fashion Exposed would feature a much fuller range of Lady Muck hats and fascinators.
The fair would also play host to Memsahib’s distinctive offer, she added.
“The Memsahib label will continue its strong presence at Fashion Exposed, bringing yet another fresh demi-couture collection of highly covetable pieces and increasing its market share in the high end price category.”
Memsahib will be on show at Fashion Exposed, Sydney Exhibition Centre, from 6-8 March 2011
