With interest in one of the world’s biggest footwear and leather markets on the rise, it’s no surprise that the Australian Shoe Fair is set to welcome another Brazilian footwear supplier back to the stands.
Moda Brazil supplies a wide range of Brazilian footwear that has been hand picked to suit the Australian market, with brands including Masiero, Klin, Bebecê Soft and Renata Moraes.
Masiero is a brand of high standard women’s footwear that delivers the latest fashion to the international market, using quality materials and leather and outstanding workmanship.
Meanwhile, fun and comfortable children’s footwear is the speciality of the Klin brand, whose point of difference includes soft inner linings, anatomic soles and on trend colours.
Comfort range Bebecê Soft combines technology and fashion to provide safety, sophistication and glamour for women. Made from fine materials, the shoes are lined with soft innersoles and available in low heels that are supportive yet elegant.
Finally Renata Moraes blends good fit and fashion, with the 2010 winter collection offering a variety of colours and textures.
Moda Brazil’s Ursula Radford confirmed this would be the third time exhibiting at Australian Shoe Fair, with the brand hoping to capitalise on Brazil’s reputation for high calibre, varied footwear.
“The footwear industry in Brazil is very established and produces shoes of excellent fit and quality. Styles, designs, colours and materials are unique and give consumers a wider choice.”
“We’re hoping to increase our portfolio of customers at the fair.”
“We target independent retail stores, women’s footwear specialty stores or boutiques in the mid to upper market, with prices starting around $150,” Radford said.
Moda Brazil will showcase its ranges at Australian Shoe Fair from 29-31 August at Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
