Melbourne based kids footwear company Red Bootie will launch its new summer collection at the forthcoming Australian Shoe Fair, with a view to expanding its interstate presence. The range would comprise 20 styles starting at around $49 and averaging $69 to $70, company proprietor Cristina Maglio confirmed.
“This season is full of colour and style. We have produced shoes for all occasions, including party, casual and stunning sandals for both girls and boys, with a target age group from 12 months through to early teens.”
The brand’s presence at the trade fair from August 30 to September 1 was intended to secure new stockists, particularly interstate.
The brand’s unique point of difference lay in its quality, Maglio said.”Our shoes are 95 per cent leather lined, and unlike many kids’ shoes are built to support children’s growing feet. Red Bootie has gained a trusted and respected following amongst parents and kids as we strive to continually stay a step ahead and offer kids something unique, fun and comfortable, whilst – critically to parents – offering affordable, high quality leather shoes that their kids love wearing.”
